RELAXXX

We are hardwired, programmed to believe we have to work very hard in order to acheive anything. We have to go after things in order to get them.

In Science; When dog is after us we run so fast due to sympathetic stimulation of our nervous system. In the same way when we have to go after something and believe in some threat to our survival which is due to any condition our sympathetic nervous system get activated. Our heart beat rises, breath become shallow, it surely raises our alertness but harm our body in long run.

And once we get so habitual of it we tend to anticipate threat. And that becomes our normal story and thereby governs our behaviour and what we talk mostly about and thereby it becomes our continuous experience.

HOW TO TURN THIS AROUND???

We are human "BEINGS" not human "DOINGS" or human "GOING".

Here are some tips-

#Tip-1 Embrace the "OKAYNESS OF JUST BEING".

Allow yourself to just be without needing to go after something and without needing to do anything to prove yourself.

#Tip-2 Instead of trying to prove yourself centre that energy in Praising Yourself.

Criticism tore us apart and by praising one can build oneself.

Say to yourself "I MATTER". I am unique and have something to offer to the world.

# Tip-3 MEDITATE

Our natural state is that of WELLBEING. It is natural to be happy, joyful but we tend to fuss and worry about things thereby we feel less than good. If we release those thoughts we are again at peace with ourselves.

And studies show; If we meditate there is parasympathetic stimulation which release antibodies and boost our immunity.

# Tip-4 Believe in the larger part of you.

As we address God or Source there is something which is looking at us, knows us well, guide us, assist us and is always present. If we trust we are  taken care of, we are held then we can allow ourselves to relax.

#Tip-5 Get into the Body.

There is something that relax us when instead of thinking and worrying about stuff we start being aware of feeling inside the body and this helps us to look after our body more.
