DEPRESSION When we don't connect with who we truly are we always feel less than good. Farther and farther we move away from our true self greater the negative emotion. Major sources of Depression- 1. Critical words said to oneself or said by another. -When we criticize ourselves we diminish ourselves and negative emotion is the indicator that it's not true but we tend to do it out of habit. 2. Not following one's heart desire. -We came on this Earth with some intentions and by exploring life we came to some conclusions and our heart indicate towards our intentions. Heart speak the language of love and love moves each person in different way. Some want to be dancer other teacher and so on. -When we diminish our heart's calling we diminish ourselves. 3. Disconnection. -Sometimes, in life we believe that we don't belong and then we tend to isolate ourselves. As social beings we want meaningful connections but if we don't connect we feel empty inside. CHANGE We are ever-changing, expanding, growing beings. But we are so afraid to change due to conformity, our own inertia for sticking with the familiar. Therefore, what we get in return is ordinary, mundane life which don't provide us Joy but we continue to live it because we fear unknown. If we change the perception of what we are we might become "WHAT WE REALLY ARE". We identify ourselves with our relation with other people, our work. There is a saying " Akele hi aaye the and akele hi jana hai" (We came alone and will go alone). So, we can have individual preference for life and we as a individual being can BE, DO OR HAVE ANYTHING we prefer. Whether it's Big or Small. So, why not have our vision towards our heart's desire and work for it unapologetically. "Change is the only constant thing" as universe always goes to higher and higher entropy (randomness). RELAX

RELAXXX We are hardwired, programmed to believe we have to work very hard in order to acheive anything. We have to go after things in order to get them. In Science; When dog is after us we run so fast due to sympathetic stimulation of our nervous system. In the same way when we have to go after something and believe in some threat to our survival which is due to any condition our sympathetic nervous system get activated. Our heart beat rises, breath become shallow, it surely raises our alertness but harm our body in long run. And once we get so habitual of it we tend to anticipate threat. And that becomes our normal story and thereby governs our behaviour and what we talk mostly about and thereby it becomes our continuous experience. HOW TO TURN THIS AROUND??? NO SHORTAGE; NO COMPETITION; ONLY ABUNDANCE   We are always trained to think and believe the statement "SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST" but rarely we are told WE ARE FIT and thereby WE CAN BE DO OR HAVE ANYTHING . We come to believe in shortage of opportunities so, we strive harder and harder to grab the position. We compare and compete with others for the position and connect our worthiness with that position. And that causes depression and major source of stress. HOW TO TURN THIS AROUND??? Some people realize them early which seems born-talented, some people suppress it out of conformity and some people realize it late. LOGIC V/S EMOTION We are so habituated in thinking logically and we think its good to be logical. And is certainly is. But in battle between logic and emotion "EMOTION ALWAYS WINS" But we want our logic to win therefore we suppress our emotion thereby we fragment ourselves internally. When we want to do something that is somewhat against the norm our logic pops up and Ask How it can be done; Reach for stastistics and What people believe about us? and What we know ourselves to be.  Therefore, we stick to the FAMILIAR; which is the place we fell safe and avoid unfamiliar territories. But when we don't do what our heart truely desire we can't shine the way we always wanted to because ENERGY THAT CREATES WORLDS (God or We can call it SOURCE) assist us in PURITY OF DESIRE and when we toward it, It moves towards us and we feel Rejuvinated, Energized, healthy, more vital, more chariasmatic, more alive , more in love with Life, more confident, more Loving. OWNYOURSELF More often in our lives, we come to believe something about us that is not true and doesn't serve our higher purpose and our negative emotion tells us that this is not true. But we get so hypnotize by the voices outside of us we began to believe the same. Firstly, we create those beliefs by allowing ourselves to believe what other people and circumstances says and then that belief create us.   #Belief 1- "I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH". In this fast-paced modern life. We are threaten by survival. Thereby, doing what other people do and comparing ourselves to meet those standards. Thereby leaving our heart's desire. Since childhood we were compared with others this causes inferiority to set inside of us. Thereby, we think if we do this or if we do that we will be good enough and we will be lovable.
